Workshops & Classes
For our workshops and series classes, pre registration will be required to ensure there is space for everyone.
Unless noted, all equipment classes and workshops will require students to be familiar with setting up the GYROTONIC® Pulley Tower equipment.
Introduction to the Gyrotonic® Method Series

If you are interested in trying out The GYROTONIC® Method, this series is the perfect starting point.
In this 4 week series student will be come familiar with the basic exercises, concepts and set-up of the GYROTONIC® equipment. After this series, students should be proficient enough with the system to attend any of our drop in GYROTONIC® classes.
